Line Scan can provide telephone support between the working hours of 08.00 to 16.30 Monday to Thursday and 08.00 to 14.00 on Friday excluding bank holidays and weekends.

Training and technical support is offered to all of Line Scans clients and an agreement for this can be drawn up.

Training will take place onsite at an agreed time by both parties. The training is taken by one of our fully experienced technical operators.

Technical support is provided initially by telephone but depending on the level of support needed can be delivered onsite at an appointed time.
